While Online Coaching isn't quite the same as having your own private One-on-One Personal Training sessions, they are the very next best thing. Some even say, that it's far superior, because they can train whenever and wherever they choose and still get all the guidance, support and benefits of your own PT.     

 

 These are not another cookie-cutter programs or routines that you can find all over the internet, social media and in fitness magazines, promising you the sky but delivering little to no results. Sure, some of them will work for some people, some of the time, but to truly get the most out of your fitness training, whether it’s for strength, power, muscle gain, fat loss etc, it always works best if you can start from where you are at, with a program designed specifically for you and then progress correctly at the right pace as you become adapted to each level. 

 

 Maybe you tried to follow an exercise program in the past but couldn’t stick with it, or didn’t get much results or even failed miserably at it.  All of these problems and more are most likely lacking one thing… a good Personal Trainer and this is where I can help.  I have the knowledge and experience to firstly, design an appropriate program for you and then, correctly guide and assist you in a highly professional way.

 I will not only provide you with a perfect plan and the right program to help you reach your goals, but also support and motivate you when needed and help keep you accountable to yourself and what you really want. To help propel your success leaps and bounds ahead I can make corrections, adjustments and fine tuning of your exercise technique and programming. When these are made at the appropriate moments, they will also save you from wasting your time, your energy and sometimes even from injury.

By the way, I don't believe in the "No pain, no gain BS" mentality. You will be doing Training Sessions, not working out. Whatever your goal/s may be, you do NOT have to thrash your body. You can and will be training intelligently with enough of a challenge to stimulate an adaptive response from your body, and enough recovery to ensure your succcess.

Your Consultation

 When you subcribe, you will receive an online Cosultation Form. Please be as detailed as possible, as this will give me a better understanding of where you are at right now in regards to your level of fitness, what equipment you have available, how much time you are committed to investing each week and also what your particular desires and goals are for your health and fitness.

Once these are established, I'll be able to properly design a custom made program specifically to suit you and your goals.

   

 

Your Part to Play

I'm here to take all the guesswork out of it. I'll take care of the what, the how, the when, the how often, the how challenging, etc.

All I expect from you is...  

 Commitment to achieving your goal/s for at least 3 months. Simply because, it's the people who are committed to achieving their goals, that actually reach them. And most people need at least this long to see real results and build new, healthy, life changing habits that will last.

 

 Commitment to show up and put in the effort a minimum of 3 days per week. You will progress even better if you can also do some easier sessions another 2-3 days. 

  

 The willingness to trust your trainer, trust the process and most importantly, to trust Yourself. Your trust in these three areas, will greatly benefit you, multiplying your chances in achieving your dreams and goals.

 

 Remember that your health & fitness goals, whilst very important, are just one part of your life's journey. So, enjoy it as much as you can, there's much more to life than just working out. You most likely have a job, a family, friends and other interests that you enjoy. I'll design a movement/exercise program that will not only support those things, but also be enjoyable and won't take over your life.
